LEARN TO MANAGE RISK

"THERE IS ALWAYS RISK. YOUR JOB IS TO LEARN TO MANAGE THE RISK RATHER THAN AVOID IT"

The Thing is We avoid Risk and learn to work for money rather than take the risk and create own empire and let money work for us.

As an example, So many time my dad said "When it comes to money, play it safe, don't take risks."
this thinking make my dad employer and if i listen an entrepreneur like Dhirubhai Ambani, He said "Learn to manage risk."

Always Situation and mentality create Panic, like it makes you mediocre, it make you hopeless and at the last all human have one solution to live their life ordinary, it force you to don't take risk or to go for seeking the job.

How Situation and Mentality create Panic?

It's fear that keeps most people working at a job. The fear of not paying their bills. The fear of being fired. The fear of not having enough money.

If you doing the Job or seeking the job, you believed in a company or the government taking care of you and your needs. You always concerned about pay raises, retirement plans, medical benefits, sick leave, vacation days and other perks.
You may be love  a retirement and entitlement package for life after twenty years of active service, tenure system,  idea of job protection for life and job benefits seemed more important for you.
But
A business men  believed in total financial self-reliance. business men spoke out against the "entitlement" mentality and how it is creating weak and financially needy people. Business men is emphatic about being financially competent.
Employers  struggled to save a few Rupees and  The entrepreneur simply created investments.
Employer Know  how to write an impressive resume so they can find a good job and Entrepreneur know  how to write strong business and financial plans so I could create jobs.

The Middle class people have always a statement "Money doesn't matter." and rich class people have always a statement "Money is power."

The power of our thoughts may never be measured or appreciated, but it became obvious to me as a young boy to be aware of my thoughts and how I expressed myself. I noticed that my dad is poor not because of the amount of money he earned, which was significant, but because of his thoughts and actions. I became acutely aware of being careful which thoughts I chose to adopt as my own.
